Shkoday provides educational programs to Indigenous children and youth that are rooted in Anishnabek culture. Our Aboriginal Head Start and Child Care programs target ages 18 months to 6 years. The Biwaase’aa Program (located in various schools in Thunder Bay) is for ages 7-13 years old, and Pathways Thunder Bay program is for high-school aged youth. Our holistic educational and cultural programming builds self-awareness, confidence and overall well-being.
